"Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that "

"Despite the poor reviews about communication with managers, we actually got into our place right at 3:00. It might have been a challenge if we hadn’t been right there waiting. It was a quaint and comfortable place, that seemed to have an interesting history. Very close to main plaza. Kitchen had the basics. It would have been nice to have 5 gallons of filtered water available and at least one kitchen towel. Overall a comfortable stay."

"The view from the balcony and pool area was spectacular! The only reason I gave this place a 4 star is, the roads up are very steep and someone like me with bad knees had to take a taxi down and up! If it had an elevator down a few blocks I’d rent this condo all the time. I just love the view and the peaceful feeling I felt there. I’ll be back. "

Only bad thing about it is they don’t provide toiletries for shower, all they have is hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen so be aware and bring your own bar soap and shampoo. Also; although there’s a washer/dryer in unit, there’s no detergent so if you’re planning on doing laundry during your stay, you have to buy your own as well. "Not the best location, right midway between anything. Cheap plastic plates and bowls. Scatched up, Impossible to clean. Torn sheets, minimal sheets and towels. Access to laundry blocked, very inconvenient for a 6 week stay. Many of the walls need painting. Bathroom and stove top fans filthy. Not at all a luxury anything. "The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Its location is very convenient. The host was very responsive and solved our doubts kindly. I have to say that the common areas weren't as clean as they could be, specially the trash containers at the main entrance. "

The company ended up charging me twice. After many texts, emails and calls they refunded the over charge but did not refund the full amount. "The Condo is in a greater area, near the malecón, the Oxxo and bus station. Condo layout is nice, I liked that it had 2 bathrooms and a washer dryer. The only thing we didn’t like is that the bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard, we woke up with a back ache every day, also de decorative pillows were dirty from a strange white substance. In the living room the pullout sofa bed was broken, luckily we didn’t need it since there was enough beds for all 4 of us."

"This was a great spot in a nice neighborhood close to everything we wanted. We loved just being a block from the water and malecon. The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect size. It was amazing to have a washer and drier as well. We were very happy with our stay and the host was so responsive and helpful."

"The condo was wonderful and the location perfect. Right on the beach and with great pools. There are several small restuarants close by that are convenient. The check-in process was a little hard because the people who work in the building dont speak much english but are very friendly. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. "

"Everything was so beautiful. The ocean-front room had amazing views. Every single area of this resort was top-notch. Two pools, such a great variety of food and restaurants. The employees were fabulous! We were treated like royalty. Seriously, they have some of the best people working there. Everything was perfect and we were only sad to have to leave after 7 glorious days."

"The staff is very friendly and top notch. The beach is very clean and one of the best in Mazatlan. The dining at the hotel is limited, however, there are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Very clean. Property can use some TLC and limit bands playing on the beach."
