"Close to everything in the heart of Mexico. Oxxo 24hra across the street. Bakeries 3 doors to the right or 3 doors to left. Carls Jr or McDonalds but 3 minutes walk to every restaurant and Grand plaza. Walking distance to farmers market. A true experience. Every uber right was max $3 usd. Staff was amazing and manager is on site and so nice. "

"The hotel was fine in most ways. Mostly clean, well kept etc and with a very comfortable bed. Some odd features such as wooden shutters instead of window, but may well be just unusual for our tastes. Air con worked well and really needed to! Did not feel a true 5-star though. "

"The hotel was beautiful in a very convenient location that was walkable and in the middle of everything. The hotel was impeccable and the staff was top notch from check in to breakfast to valet to turn down service. I love the general open area for sitting. It was wonderful to start off with a hearty breakfast for our adventures of the day!"

"The hotel is very basic. The entrance is quite run down. Staff is friendly and helpful. The mattress was worn out. Lights were old and didn’t all work. We had everything that we needed, but it was not luxury. "

"Overall it was a nice stay in Merida - the location is convenient for walking approximately 8 mins from plaza grande, auto progreso (public transportation), and many restaurants, bars, and stores were nearby as well. Ideal if you’ll be doing most of your stay by foot. The hotel itself was nice, the room was clean, AC worked well, and there were hot showers with great water pressure!
