"Very pretty pool and courtyard and pleasant, sunny breakfast area. Convenient to airport and quick taxis available as needed. The "deluxe" rooms toward the back looked much nicer than the older style room we had but it was fine for one night. I think the little Mayan ruin toward the back might even be real! "Truly spectacular! The property manager is lovely, the place a gem- you pretty much have a private wonderful beach right in front. The sound of the ocean is the soundtrack of your stay. Highly recommend "

"Fabulous house with lots of room, great for families. We were here in June during storm season and there were minor leaks (bedroom, kitchen, back patio) but all were manageable with the supplies provided. Although very limited rags/towels were provided. Kitchen supplies made cooking really easy and local markets nearby. We did rent a car but if you don't mind walking in the heat it could be walkable in 30min. Unfortunately there were no hammocks like in the pictures. Hosts were not very responsive for questions/communication but they were very nice. Wonderful pool and space. Great air conditioning and fans. Provided electrical mosquito repellent (blue square inserts). Adorable gekos, dragon flies to help with the mosquitos. We did see 3 cockroaches and 1 scorpion. All very easy to remove with provided supplies and none we're dangerous... Exciting for the kids!! We'd definitely stay here again!"

Nice but not for us

"Unfortunately we had to leave after the first night as there was no AC. The fans alone weren’t enough to cool things down. My aunt has a breathing condition and it was stifling for her. It also has steps to the ocean which was hard for her to navigate. We were promised a refund and have yet to receive it."

"This property was spectacular so close to the beach, but the property, especially the backyard with pool and all the outside amenities makes you just so content to stay home. The location is perfect because you are away from everyone but just a 10 minute drive either way and you’re in one of the lovely towns.. honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is. It even has an air fryer, there’s nothing you could want that already hasn’t been thought of"
