Travel Agent was suppose to have booked us a room w/ a kitche ntte, A/C didn't work well! Thot it would b a better safer neighbor hood, we were to scared to drive ! Staff was great & helped move I s to another Tecno hotel on itzaes, which was worse, a/c was not working right & started spitting 1×1 " ice chunks put & making a loud noise, i thot it was going to blow up? We had to be move to 3 diff rooms ,black mold made us sick, we spent 1 week in bed sick ,our whole trip was ruined! Staff was rude to us & made us feel unwelcome! We are looking to seek attorney to get reimbursed for hotel stay! Sue tra usothose roads

Rooms are fine for a short stay, parking lot amazing, always find a spot close to my room. Swimming pool outrageous my kids love it. Continental breakfast which is included, absolutely totally fine and love the option you can order more dishes at the time (extra cost, price is good). I forgot a red bag with most of my clothing in the room and I’m hoping the staff can keep it safe until my friend pick it up.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and corteous, staff resolved an issue we had promptly and without any hassles. Very safe and clean. It might need some updates so don't expect fancy but overall it's great value for the money and it meets and exceeds expectations for it's hotel class, definitely will stay there again. Thank you!

El servicio es bueno pero han dejado caer el hotel en el sentido que le falta mantenimiento y modernizarse, las toallas están roídas y las sábanas muy delgadas del uso, aunque el cobertor es magnífico, estuve 4 noches y 5 días, solo 1 día repusieron las amenidades, el papel sanitario es espantoso, el teléfono no servía ( quería pedir las cosas a recepción ), me he quedado varias veces ahí pero de seguir así buscaré otra opción ☺️
