"The staff is so nice. They make us feel super welcomed. The checkout time is 11 am but our flight is 11pm. They even gave us a temporary room for free to stay. They also have the complementary taxi pick up and drop off to the airport. The kids love the pool and games. Hotel is super close to waterbom. We also like hotel Envy restaurant and deserts from Palms. Really recommend this hotel. "

"Amazing value for money, lovely big comfortable room & the nicest swimming pool with swim up bar. Excellent cocktails & the best omelette at breakfast I’ve ever had. Very convenient if you’re on your way to or from the airport. The gym isn’t really a gym & you can’t really sit on the beach, but within the hotel grounds it’s lovely! "

"My stay was amazing . I had a suite with private and patio private pool. One of my fav features was the detached tub that sat in my room which was good for pics and aesthetics. The breakfast here was top tier and the staff was so pleasant and attentive to all my needs. The area is so lively and full of bars, restaurants , and vendors just steps away from the hotel. Making your stay at the suites so convenient."
