"Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Seminyak with all kinds of restaurants and shops nearby. The security is high and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. The restaurant serves delicious food and is a crowd pleaser. We have stayed here twice and will continue to do so ever time we come back to Bali. "

"Very friendly staff, all smiles and welcoming. Room needed a bit TLC and maintenance. Buffet breakfast was great, a lot of varieties. The beach is quieter and cleaner compare to Kuta area. It's a great family resort in Nusa Dua offers lots of activitiea and entertainment for young families."

"Great place to stay with family. Shops are walking distance as well as a shopping mall. So many activities are available for the kids. Many onsite restaurants to dine in and is walking distance to the beach. My only suggestion will be a makeover of the rooms as rooms are a bit outdated. "

"The staff go above & beyond to make us comfortable & welcome. We would like to thank them all. Especially the driver that waited for us for over an hour at the airport when we were delayed. (We didn’t get his name) Also Niketut & Mira at reception for all their help. The staff are what makes us return. 10 out of 10 for them all."
