We were presently surprised with our stay, the room was nice and big, I requested a rollaway bed and the staff delivered a really comfortable bed very quickly. The staff were so efficient. The room was excellent. Big and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the beach was filled with trash and not private. The floors around the hotel were also super slippery. I fell and hurt my knee. But all in all, a great place.

Hotel was great. The staff was super nice and helpful. Things could be taken care of beeter in tge room, but you do t spend much time inside so its not a huge deal. Food was excellent and breakfast buffet was always good with tons of options. There is a beach/bike path right in front that you can use to walk all along the beach and go to the mall and hotel restaurants. I like the hotel so much, it is my second time there this year. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Best resort I’ve stayed at in bali the staff are lovely , there’s plenty of daily activities for the kids to enjoy and the hotel is well maintained and clean we had buffet breakfast daily which was included with our room we had a kids suite , and happy hour in the pool every arvo at 4pm 2 for 1 cocktails

Resort a bit dated, way too many children in the pool area, food in the envy restaurant was mediocre at best. I expected more from a so called 5 star hotel.
