The walls are very thin and a lot of loud tourists like to have late night conversations very loudly in their balconies...which was awful when I was trying to sleep. Hotel staff were pleasant and the room was clean and close to nice street food.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and is very convenient to stay after you arrive for a night or two. Lots of nice local street food nearby, just go for a bit of a walk and you will be rewarded. Massage offered by the hotel was very nice and the parlour was lovely. My husband and I enjoyed the couples' massage. However, the walls are very thin and the guests are a bit ratchet, meaning they like to have conversations at 1 am in the morning in their balcony and you will get woken up. Furthermore, some weird guest was moving their furniture in the room above me and I woke up with a start around 3 am. Use earplugs!

After staying at multiple properties around Bali, we found the staff bright, happy and super friendly, from restaurant staff to security guys, all amazing. Great restaurant with comprehensive well priced menu, only downside was tax after the bill, most places don’t charge it but here still does. Room was good, bed was old and creaky but very clean and spacious.

This Month I stayed in Palm Beach Hotel twice. At first I was staying at 1st floor everything was okay but the stairs and door handle was damaged and difficult to shut and lock. Regarding stairs it wasn’t so bad as I stay on the first floor with security guy helped carry my luggage up to the 1st floor. I thought it would be same floor I was going to stay. Which I booked Palm Beach Hotel for the 2nd time on to stay on 18/10/24. As to my surprise I was place at the 2nd floor. I was gutted and dissatisfied with Hotel hasn’t got lift to carry luggage. Room boy was busy and waited for sometimes. Another disappointment was that I booked a room with one bed but turned out two single bed. Every towels were full of stains yellowed disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend the Palm Beach to friend or family.
