"This is by far the best hotel that I stayed in Japan after staying with five-star hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. It's clean. People are nice at this property. It's super convenient for restaurants. Seems that they built/collaborate with an entire mall downstairs and you get coupons for spending at the mall, which serve delicious food. "

"The staff are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean. The buffet breakfast is very delicious. They have a coffee machine in the lobby from which you can get coffee latte, matcha latte, and etc for free at anytime. The onset is a wonderful. I love this place❤️❤️❤️"

"Fabulous hotel just about 3 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. Room was amazingly designed with everything we needed. You pick up teas and coffees etc in foyer so you can take just what you need. Breakfast was good mix of all varieties including good western selections. Breakfast also wasn’t too crowded and plenty of tables. This is a brilliant place to stay if want to be close to trains. "

"I love the options inside the hotel. The spa is wonderful. The have body and facial massages options. Convenient store and restaurant . They have an amazing view from the top floor and a pool open during summer times. We walked to the hotel from the train station. I truly recommend it."
