"The only thing is the property is not very clean. But it is part of it being old and a little under maintaned. Otherwise a wonderful choice. I stayed 2 weeks ans went to Kyoto everyday without any issues. Fantastic! Will be back! "

"Service is really good. The inn is small and cosy with unlimited tea and coffee for guests. I really like the Japanese decor in the inn. The only downside is there is no noise proofing so you will hear every noise anyone makes. If you don't intend to sleep in, then it's not an issue. Nearby is the morihan tea square, a must - experience. "

"We (family of 4) stayed in the Junior suite. Was absolutely perfect. No noise at night, except for a siren every now and then. Staff gave a very warm welcome, and were attentive and able to help us. Perfectly sized room too. Great amenities. Had an error with the washing machine but the staff fixed it for us. Cannot complain. Will come again"
