"The hotel room as just as advertised with no hidden surprises. This hotel is self check-in, and despite being my first time as such it was no hassle at all. All the information you need is sent to you weeks prior to arrival. The room itself was clean and spacious and housed the three of us well. "When I first entered the room, I was scared of the cockroaches I saw. It was good that there was a spray provided. The washing machine listed on the website is not installed. The problem is that the refrigerator doesn't get cold at all. This is a great hotel if you just want to stay overnight. Amenities and towels are always provided, the room is clean, and the air conditioner works. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."

"Surprisingly I was given a huge room with 3 beds, kitchen and dining area so would be perfect for groups/family. I only stayed on my own so the room was too large for me, maybe the solo rooms became unavailable by the time I arrived but it was a wonderful stay. Very clean and modern, I would stay here again. "Property was super convenient being so close to Nishiki markets so we really appreciated that. The room itself was also relatively spacious but is really showing its age. The carpet especially looked so stained and the room had a really bad stench to it that we had to spray quite a bit of air freshener. Also we stayed on the ground floor and could hear everything (even footsteps) from the room above us, so don’t expect a quiet stay if you get the ground floor room. "
