The just pretty much talk to you to ask room number. Also, even with pre-booking of the parking space, there was no control from reception of my reservation of parking lot. "Property is recently refurbished to a good standard, I was in a single room but it had a double bed and was spacious. The staff are very helpful and polite. Checkout is 11am and you can store bags in the luggage room on your last day. You get a card so you can access the building late at night. There is some road noise as it’s in the middle of a city but it was no problem for me I slept fine, they do have free earplugs in reception if you need them.
