Inx Design Hotel: A Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location Inx Design Hotel offers a convenient base for exploring both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. The Standard Room was pleasantly spacious, equipped with the usual tea and coffee facilities. While additional services like dry cleaning came at an extra cost, the daily fresh towels and room service were welcome touches. The water machine near the lift was a thoughtful addition. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, even assisting with airport taxi arrangements, which proved to be a cost-effective solution. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and we enjoyed the warm Polish hospitality at each place we visited. Overall, Inx Design Hotel is a highly recommended choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and well-located accommodation in Krakow

This was a lovely hotel which was very good value for money. Within walking distance of the old town and easy tram links into the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Hotel and can only recommend. The city center and beautiful old town is only a 15min walk which feels like 5mins because there are restaurants and shops all along the way. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious as well as very luxurious modern designed. The breakfast was massive. Everything from good coffee over hot and cold breakfast to cereals and fruits. Can only recommend.

Good location with tram stop right outside and within easy walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Room was a little small with not much storage but nicely decorated. Water pressure in shower was on the poor side but bathroom was warm and nicely finished. Great choice at breakfast although breakfast although you had a wait a long time to get seated as staff were mostly through in the kitchen area.

It’s well located a few minutes walk or tram outside from town, room a good size, breakfast ok. Staff super helpful. Downsides, house keeping need to sharpen up. 3 night stay, room barely touched. Toothpaste stains in the same place & damp towels tell a tale. Tours booked via hotel, Saltmines well organised. The visit to Auschwitz, the provider was terrible. Zero pre booked tickets as promised, just excuses, so let’s spend a couple of hours in a local cafe. I’d recommend taking the train & direct.

Smart public areas. Twin rooms are far too cramped, partly due to clutter, partly the small size. Room design is pretty average, nothing special despite the brand. Reception staff were pretty frosty. We had problems with car parking. They advertise on-site parking and we chose the hotel for that - but they actually only have 10 spaces (so should read "Limited on-site parking"). All spaces were supposedly all reserved from the next day. We were told we'd have to pay the full day price for only 12 hours for the first day, then move to a public car park, which turned out to be full.

Perfect visit
Lovely stay. First time in Poland. Great location and well maintained hotel. So much to see within just a short stroll. Loved the water dispenser which does still or sparkling cold water. Perfect on a hot day!

Great location away from the old square
Really liked where the hotel was located which is roughly a 20 minute walk away from the old town but it's really good for bars and restaurants which are near the Jewish centre. My main gripe was with the hotel staff as they booked a trip to auschwitz for us only to book it on the wrong day and I'm £120 out of pocket due to their error and they were zero help trying to sort it out.

Hotel was situated in a great location. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only had breakfast in hotel but it was good enough for everyone in our party. Great bar area and lobby thought we didn’t make use of it. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance from hotel. Tram track outside hotel which was a little noisy as our room faced the courtyard so heard the noise a little. I never requested a room change as a pair of earplugs sorted that out. Would I stay there again? Most definitely. Loved its location. Excellent choice for us.
