"This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We were there for 3 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was flawless. The staff were corteous and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and they had everything you could want or need to set you up for the day. We will only ever come back to this hotel when we come back to Kraków. Thank you 💗"

"Surprisingly it was better then I ever thought it would be. Clean, totally renovated, spacious, quiet and excellent value. Own bathroom and lounge. Breakfast included. Don't be fooled by the entrance as it has graffiti on the street door. Makes it easy to find. Highly recommended for all ages. Easy walk to the old city. "First, the photos are misleading. Location is OK, not clean and on many occasions found a spider. No mirror in it. No mirror in the bathroom. Windows curtains are short from the sides and people in the neighborhoud can see me sleeping. Overpriced."

"good clean large apartment located close to old town and transport the breakfast were very basic the second breakfast left on doorstep all day they were to deliver the night before but did not no microwave could do well if supplied a drier to go with washing machine even if there was a charge as can not dry washing had to go to there head office for checkin which address wasnot listed when booking "
