"This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We were there for 3 nights and from check-in to check-out everything was flawless. The staff were corteous and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and they had everything you could want or need to set you up for the day. "This property is clean and nice, walkable to city center and Galleria as well as Krakow Glowney. Very convenient. Check in process can be tricky as it’s either through WhatsApp or the office which is off site and down the street at 40 Lubicz. Once you get familiar with the property layout it’s easy to get around. Stayed again after returning from Warsaw. Definitely would recommend!"

"I had a great stay at this hostel. The entrance to the hostel seemed a bit dodge to start with but once inside it really is a beautiful hostel. The living area was great, the kitchen has everything you needed. Tea and coffee were complimentary all day and the breakfast in the morning was also included, the selection was small but enough, a few cereals, breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, spreads, biscuits etc. the rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. "First, the photos are misleading. Location is OK, not clean and on many occasions found a spider. No mirror in it. No mirror in the bathroom. Windows curtains are short from the sides and people in the neighborhoud can see me sleeping. Overpriced."

"good clean large apartment located close to old town and transport the breakfast were very basic the second breakfast left on doorstep all day they were to deliver the night before but did not no microwave could do well if supplied a drier to go with washing machine even if there was a charge as can not dry washing had to go to there head office for checkin which address wasnot listed when booking "
