"I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. "Exactly what we needed for our stay in krakow. Everything in the room was controlled through a tablet, and the TV allowed us to cast to it which was a very nice touch. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for 2 of our 3 nights, with private events on so we were unable to dine there, and we weren't told this beforehand. Otherwise it was great, had lovely social areas and a free coffee machine! "

"A beautiful hotel 10 mins walk from Kazimierz to the south and the main square to the north, situated right next to Wavel Castle. The staff were excellent, courteous and approachable. Reception was always staffed and could answer any question we had or advice we needed. Take advantage of the MSHG card for a free gift, normally a drink, at restaurants within the consortium.
