The location,service and decor was excellent! The breakfast was great and there was ample to choose from. However, having stayed at the Vienna house in Berlin earlier this year( which was amazing), the Krakow one was underwhelming especially the spa which was pretty basic and sauna struggled to work the one day.

Excellent location. Just beside the shopping mall and train station. Clean and quiet. The hotel arranged for me to stay in the room that is far away from the streets as i am a light sleeper and i had requested for it. Great service and i highly recommend the hotel for people visiting krakow!
