"This is a really nice hotel with a lot of dining options in the food hall, there is a separate area on the lower floor for a very comprehensive breakfast Chinese and western options available all to a high standard, a nice social area in reception To hang out or meet clients, The rooms were just very slightly dated, but overall very clean and everything you need in the room, including an iron and ironing board, Safe and small fridge, A Special thank you to Claudia who is a credit to the hotel as she was very helpful and very informative of the local attractions, Would definitely stay here again."

"Love everything about this hotel & will definitely look at other JEN options when we travel due to the wonderful experience we had. They have all the amenities for the room and the shower was amazing. All the staff have been super helpful and friendly, especially Wai, who helped easy our stress of our flight getting canceled due to typhoon and rebooked at a time when the metro isn’t available. I also like the hotel doing their best to stay environmental friendly, such as providing water filter system in the room. It’s located half block from the metro and lots of food options near by. "

"The room was very spacious. Everything was clean and well kept. We always hung up our towels, but they gave us new towels everyday. We didn't really like the slats in the bathroom door. And the staff while nice and polite weren't helpful in suggesting local businesses. The location is excellent right next to the MRT and many buses nearby. It's a little strange because you get in from an alleyway. "
