"Great hotel in a great location. Located on a steep terrain that puts some wear on your legs when walking in and out of it. Also it's a little dated. But great staff and had an amazing time. "

"This hotel was just amazing!!!! We booked a three bedroom villa overlooking the Andman sea. The villa had its own pool and a butler. It was simply incredible! We could order in breakfast to the villa or go to their restaurant which served a fabulous and generous breakfast. The spa and gym was also fabulous. Highly recommend the Como Shambhala massage. "

"Overall, our stay was pleasant, and most aspects were satisfactory. However, if you're looking for a more modern experience, this might not be the right choice. While the property offers plenty of character compared to newer accommodations, it lacks the luxurious feel of a 5-star resort. The breakfast area was overcrowded, making the experience feel cramped, and the facilities seemed outdated. "We really enjoyed the property and the room/view was beautiful. We also liked that it was slightly removed from Patong. The staff was kind and helpful as well. The only issue we had was that, although there were plenty of nice looking options, the food was below average for all of the meals served at the hotel."

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, right in the heart of the Patong District! So convenient for walking around and shopping. Felt very safe and thankful to have stayed at this incredible hotel. The gym, breakfast, and rooftop pool/bar were absolutely amazing. 5/5 stars for all the amenities and staff were so incredible. Helen helped me so much! Would recommend if you are staying for the first time in Phuket!"

"The facilities, the modern touches, the breakfast layout, the pools, the gym and the room size/layout are all top notch at this resort. The one drawback is that this resort sits across a busy street from the ocean. There is no beach to speak of. This resort overlooks a beautiful ocean view across a major thoroughfare. If you are okay with being 15-30 minutes away (traffic pending) from Bangla Road by motorbike, then this is the resort for you. The resort offers a free shuttle (baht bus) service...

"Everything about this place is exceptional! From the food to the staff and the massages, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The food at the restaurant was so delicious that I returned for dinner every night during my four-night stay. The resort is incredibly peaceful and offers a variety of activities to enjoy on-site. A special thank you to Zean and all the staff members for their outstanding hospitality. You truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely be returning for my next visit!"

Friendly Staff, Great Location, but Room Issues

"We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience with a few caveats. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The location was fantastic—convenient to everything we wanted to explore. However, the WiFi was hit-or-miss; it worked most of the time, but there were occasional frustrating moments when it didn’t. Our room featured a private pool on the patio, which sounded amazing in theory, but unfortunately, it was so cold we couldn’t use it. Additionally, we noticed some mold-like spots on the grout in the pool, which was disappointing and detracted from the luxury feel. Breakfast was slightly above average, with a good variety of options, but it felt in line with what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel—not extraordinary but satisfying. While there were a few drawbacks, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the highlights like the staff and the prime location."

Second stay

"Second visit to the hotel great as always. We had 2 bedroom suites which was great for family of 4. Only main issues are the swimming pool chair hogs. Towels put down over night or super early when it’s dark but they don’t actually turn up till after lunch - the pool staff should monitor this if not returned to bed in 1 hour remove the stuff."
