"The facilities and the standard of the rooms was excellent. The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. This happened straight in front of me and I had to remind the receptionist and only then did I receive a apology and offered a drink. 2. Breakfast,...

"Incredible Hotel based near a small village that serves the hotels guests that can be bothered to walk and experience a modicom of Thai reality...grest little bars and restaurants. Hotel itself double the price it should really cost to get from mainland to Phi Phi...guess that's the norm if you don't know Thailand. Great breakfast choices. Rooms were lovely, fancied a bath though. Venture furthur round bay by road for a more realistic hotel experience. "

"The room was huge and clean, we had access to the pool it was very nice. Staff is amazing and friendly ! This hotel is so huge they have free shuttle service to the rooms because they are up the hills, so it makes it rough to get to your room by walking. Also free shuttle service to the nearest beach which is nice! "
