"Fabulous staff, particularly on the front desk. So welcoming and helpful. Lovely room, breakfast etc. Shame about so many sun beds having towels saving them but not being used all day. The first day no 3 sunbeds together anywhere and I had to sit on a towel… not great considering how much we paid. Also would be nice to have pool service where you can order and pay for drinks from sunbed (however lazy that sounds!). Just seemed like lots of staff everywhere except for pool area."

Our room included the club lounge which we had our daily breakfast and afternoon mini buffet during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The gym was well equipped, but the machine felt sticky. Perhaps they should supply antiseptic wet wipe for people to wipe down the equipments. I would have no problem in staying at the Dusit Thani Krabi."
