"Rooms definitely are needing an update and total renovation. lots of mold in the bathroom, peeling paint, shower caulking is disgusting. Shower has no faucet allowing gradual warming of water to turn the shower on once in. This causing you to reach into the shower stall to turn it on where you get blasted with cold water from the shower head. Not ideal…I really hope they put some sort of moisture extraction in the bathrooms as there is zero air movement."

"It’s a nice, newer hotel. Room was clean and everything was taken care of. Downside is their breakfast spot is super understaffed. There was only one girl trying to ring things in, serve tables and make Starbucks coffee. Everyone was waiting for a long time and while we could she was trying very hard - no clue how management thinks it’s one person job. Should be at least two during rush hour in morning "

"This hotel is housing Afghani refugees on the first two floors. Hotel patrons are on floors above that. Great breakfast!! One of the best I've ever seen. There was a self serve Nespresso coffee machine. The flat white I had was amazing."

"If you are looking to spend one night, it was good. Service was great!!!! Everyone was nice and polite. The tv only had one channel, and it was the news. Our window showed a roof top and into other windows..... The bed was extremely comfortable... like amazingly comfortable. But it looked like there was old nicotine stains and mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. The 14 foot ceilings were great, and made the room look like it had alot of space!!!! "

"We have stayed here many, many times in the last 2 years. We have always liked the staff and service and chose this hotel over other offerings in the area. As one of the Expedia VIP Access perks we also enjoyed the breakfasts and it was part of our decision when comparing other hotels in the area - however for whatever reason the hotel has decided to not have the breakfast as a VIP Access perk anymore - my husband was disappointed to learn that when he last visited the Conference Centre. Not...
