The location was perfect for our needs, the price was good, the staff were great, very helpful. It is extremely close to several eatery options. We now have 2 favorite places to eat there and we will be back when we need a place to stay in the area. Unfortunately, we had a plumbing issue with the shower in our room and because it was a Sunday, the plumber would not be out to fix it til Monday. We were offered another room but we were leaving the next morning anyway so decided to stay put.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a great location as the hotel is walking distance to restaurants and stores. The place could use a bit of renovations. The spa bath isn't anything worth using. It's just a tub with jets. That being said, i would probably stay there again.

The property could be quite nice for what it is rated. Unfortunately the blankets were actually crusty. I went out to my car to get my own blanket. The exhaust fan in washroom needs major cleaning. Also the heater is either off or on which is about 1 foot away from you while sleeping.

Perfect location as close to everything. We had 4 rooms in total (family Christmas). I found the rooms very clean and most importantly, a very comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave in room but no coffee pot. Coffee is available in the lobby. Excellent choice for the money.

Very nice and quiet place to stay. Dining places and amenities close by, casino for entertainment walking distance, the hotel is very clean, and it is not far from the center of Guelph. Most of all, the host is very friendly. If you want a quiet place to stay and moderately priced, this is one place you want to stay. We have been staying in the Village Inn for years, and is looking forward to come back and stay for more years, Gid willing. Thanks Chirag.
