"Everything was perfect, the room was spotless, the hottub was lovely, the breakfast was perfect. We were even upgraded!. The only things i would say is the bathroom could be more roomier, the shower could be updated with better water pressure. But other than that it was perfect."

"An absolutely stunning property with a lot of history. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Shown up to our room personally and given all the information we needed. It’s located in a quiet, but beautiful area of the lakes. What we loved is you can still walk into Windermere and it was a beautiful walk down from the ferry nab port which is pretty much across the road (5 mins away). The room was very clean, beautiful and had lovely amenities. It’s always the small touches, like gorgeous toiletries from Temple Spa. A Nespresso coffee machine, and bathrobes. Breakfast was a great choice of hot and cold; they even had home made granola. and it’s rare that breakfast is included with the room price these days. Drinks at the bar in the evening were lovely and the real fireplace gave it very cosy vibes. We loved our stay so much, and we will be returning due to the high standards and kindness of the hotel. We felt really valued and everyone was so kind. Thank you for such a wonderful stay"
