"Spent three nights here over my birthday and so we could see the Illuminations. This is a really lovely, traditional style hotel and we loved every minute of our stay. We had the Dinner, Bed and Breakfast deal and the meals were really good, with a nice choice of dishes. Overall great value for money and I'd reccommend this place highly."

"Good location next to Lake Windermere and we had a great view of the lake from our room - very atmospheric in the early morning mist! Room lovely and warm and well appointed although a little more floorspace would not have gone amiss. Breakfast was very good - a decent amount of food, very tasty and well cooked. "Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...
