"Had a wonderful stay for my Birthday. Every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hot tub was clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived. The attention to detail at this hotel makes all the difference! Spa facilities were perfect we enjoyed a lovely few hours in the evening with a couple of Proseccos and then another lovely couple of hours in the morning with a coffee. Best hotel I’ve stayed in so far in the lakes, cannot recommend enough! "

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent, they couldn't do enough for you. We booked a superior twin room through Expedia but they booked a superior double room, the staff went out of their way to change to a twin room. The room was clean but looked like a DIY job and didn't have a nice view but as Expedia had messed up and booked a double room we put up with it, there was no hot water in the shower but they did offer us a key for another room to shower the next morning"
