"The property employs a unique self-checkin system. The guest is phone-interviewed and asked to perform online registration fill-ins. After that, the guest must call a number to get a door security code. All happened during normal business hours (before 7pm). So, I interacted no one at the lodge office. At checkout, I had to lock the door with the same security code and send text to let the management about checkout. Well, the system worked out for me..."

"For Check in after 4pm you just grab your envelope out of a mailbox. No room key just a code. Property right on the water beautiful views. Not modern but clean. Short walk to kings beach along the lake edge. Kitchen had everything you needed and Safeway across the street. "

The hot tub was a little cloudy and low in water level. The host was very kind and responsive and overall the stay was great. Fantastic location."

"Nice place to stay for 3 people. The place is located about 8 minutes drive from Northstar and 8 from the lake. The place was nice but some items neglected. The floor boards were split at few places and cause a trip hazard. Fireplace was not working, but the host provided area heaters. Some of the utensils were pretty basic. Otherwise, if you are looking for a place to sleep, have dinner and go to the sloes-- "

"This condo is located at just 10 mins from Northstar resort and 6 mins from 24-hour Safeway grocery store. So it is a nice place if you plan to go to Northstar for skiing. For the house, it is good up to four people (very cozy) and kitchenwares and amenities (handsoaps, etc.) are well maintained. Overall, we were satisfied."

"We just spent our annual girls trip at this beautiful condo in Brockway Springs and could not have asked for a better rental! The unit is easy to access, very clean, perfect lake side location, and extremely well stocked with everything you need for a vacation! The host is so kind, very quick with communication and easy to contact. We decided this will be our go to annual vacation home, and already cannot wait to go back next year!! "
