Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us. "

"With family visiting from Spain we decided to get away for the Easter week and we couldn’t have been happier with Pete’s wonderful property. Our son, nephews and pup loved the spacious outdoors for running and playing, and the basement was a games paradise. We all loved it, honestly. The entrance leads into a grandiose room yet still feels comfy and cozy with long couches wrapping each corner. It really is such a beautiful house, also clean and in great condition. "Great location! About a mile to downtown Kennett Square, fabulous park close by to explore and a little over an hour to downtown Philly. The house amenities were perfect and very thankful that the property allowed dogs. We would recommend this place to anyone. Host was very responsive to our questions."
