"Everyone in our group thought the house was great and everyone was very comfortable at all times. It was lovely gathering together on the deck around the fire and inside at the fireplace, and there was never ending entertainment for the kids. The big trees, falling leaves and autumn foliage were a beautiful backdrop. Our time together here will be a new happy memory for all of us. "

"A nice, simple stay. You do hear the train, but that's to be expected, but honestly it wasn't an issue. Communication was fantastic, the appliances worked, the heater was nice and toasty. Super easy check in and check out."

"It was a nice house with a lot of potential, however, more attention to cleaning and maintenance of the house would be appreciated. One of the seats on the roof was broken, the half bathroom sink was clogged, many of the floors were not mopped, the bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly and there was debris on the upstairs bathroom wall that looked like they mopped the floor and used the same mop, without rinsing, to clean the walls. It actually had hair on wall."

"I'll knock out the only issue to start with. The communication was a little frustrating after a long day of travel it was difficult to figure out where to park. They have a guidebook, but it is online only, and is a link to another site. It was supposed to be sent via text, but we had no information and did not receive the text. We had to get the information off the app messages and then copy paste that information into another browser using our mobile phones while I had kids who were tired...

"Nice place. Very clean with prompt and excellent communication with owner. Could be top notch with working TVs, lamps, trash cans in each room. Also should mention items to bring like wash cloths and body wash. We would definitely rent this place again. "

"I believe the house needs a porch light so when coming home at night you can see where the driveway is because it’s difficult to see especially when you do not know the area "

"The house was comfortable and perfectly located near the William Penn Inn. It was missing the futon so it sleeps 7 versus 8 but we had no problems. I would rent this one again. Excellent communication with the manager. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We had a great time staying here at this place. Everything was laid out clearly and the entire process was seamless. The hosts did a great job ensuring we had what we needed and knew what to expect. Area is near transit and many amenities making it easy to get around and experience Philly. Good communication from hosts. Highly recommend."
