Bed was wonderful, room was clean, and the area was convenient with shopping and dining - we got our breakfast late at The Egg, and got dinner at further down the street. Very close to UT Tyler. Would absolutely stay again. "

"I have been traveling to Kilgore for several weeks and have stayed at different hotels, including Hampton Inn, Quality Inn, and most recently, Comfort Suites Kilgore. My experience at Comfort Suites was excellent. I loved the hotel’s style and the spaciousness of the room, which made my stay very comfortable. All the staff members I interacted with—the ladies at the front desk, breakfast area, and night shift—were consistently kind, polite, and welcoming. Special mention to the lady handling breakfast: she puts great effort into her service and is extremely friendly with all guests. A small note: on two of the four mornings I had breakfast, the eggs seemed a bit watery, but I understand they are pre-prepared eggs and not restaurant-style. Overall, Comfort Suites offered great value for the price and was clearly the best experience compared to the other hotels I stayed at in Kilgore. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"I was very impressed with the No-noise from the highway that is located next to. I did reserve a king suite. All of the staff were friendly and nice. It is also very rare to find a clean room without any hairs. I'm a germ a phobe and I always bring disinfectant wipes and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of everything! Especially the bathroom. I stayed 2 days and I seen a lady spend over an hour on a room. They take their time and do it right. I will definitely stay again when I'm back in Tyler. Thank you Abigail for the mess I made that you had to clean. She is the front desk manager, she is not a maid. She was very nice about it also and helpful when I needed some glasses."
