"We enjoyed the pools, gym, and walkable distance to nearby markets and Khao San Rd. Rooms were large and bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. The area is a bit difficult to get transportation to, due to road closures and lack of public transportation. The rooms could use a deeper cleaning. "

"Service: 5/5 Service was great. There was someone to greet us and open the door to our car as we pulled up even at 2am. Super helpful and never gave the impression that they expected tips. Room: 4/5 It was good, but there were a few small details that kept it from being great. The bathroom was nice, but there wasn't a great place for hand towels and the door wouldn't latch shut without locking it. There was also a raised threshold to the bathroom that was very hard that I hit my foot on...

"Reception staff need training on how to welcome guests, no smile or welcome to our hotel! Room was okay, I only used it as a base. Excellent location for Kho san Road and other places of interest. Enjoyed the pool area in an afternoon. "

"The front desk staff on checking out were v vague nice and polite but had no idea how to answer me or understand my Englis...older member tried but trainee just said nothing.l understand he is training of course but to just stare at me like with no attempt to help not reall good and easy v frustrating,sorry🙏😞"
