"Hotel is on the 9th floor so it has an excellent rooftop view of the city and away from much of the noise of the city. Always someone on the first floor for security and help with luggage if needed. "Really unsafe place. No hotel but hostel located in the 4th level and the elevator is from 150 years ago with almost no maintenance at all. The below 3 floors look like abandoned. One night we had power cut off for one hour, it was general but we were wondering if this happens to you in the elevator. There is no common area and breakfast is in your room in a small table put in front of your bed. You can listen all the other rooms, toilets and reception."

"It was good overall. Just several of the staff, at the front door and restaurant were not friendly nor attentive. Rather they just were engrossed on their phones. Omar at the front desk was fantastic, really making us feel welcome and spoke very good English. Breakfast was very good, coffee decent and chef very nice. Oddly the others would just stand around chatting or on phones and offer no service. Bell boys were nice. Very nice sitting lounge. "

"We stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2025 for 3 nights. It is the perfect location if you’d like to walk around. The pictures posted on this add don’t make it justice. The room we stayed in was fully renovated and the street noise was barely noticeable. You’d be pretty much in downtown, we walked to the Egyptian museum, took the subway and walk around without any issues. Breakfast is delicious.
