"One of the best of Brighton’s cheap and cheerful hotel stays. No frills but nicer than some of the others, plus the local area has good places to eat - and supermarkets for real budget dining. It’s not the Pellirocco but fine as a bed for the night. "

"Really close to the sea and also the University graduation venue - we were there to see my daughters friend graduate so location was fabulous and good value for money. Hotel ticked all the boxes. Visit The Flourpot on the seafront for breakfast and/or other snacks as our mushroom breakfast brioche roll was amazing. Everyone I encountered was really friendly. Great bars and places to eat all around. Great seafront/pier and shopping in The Lanes is a must as amazing jewellery shops and art galleries display some fabulous wares. Brighton is wonderful!"

"Lovely little hotel, right on the seafront with such nice staff and a comfy bed. Only little snag was that the pillows were feathers and my partner has an allergy so woke up struggling to breathe a little bit."

"Absolutely lovely hotel, easy to access and right along the beach front. All staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was in great condition, the rooms were very clean and a good size, great view of the beach and pier. Towels provided alongside tea and coffee facilities in the room. The bar downstairs is clean, welcoming and lovely for an evening drink! We didn’t pre book breakfast but was quickly seen to and the food was beautiful. Will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel "
