"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "

The buses took us everywhere and the train station was within walking distance to take us to London for a weekend getaway.
