"The hotel was warm, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The staff were friendly and approachable and very happy to help with any issues. One of the rooms I stayed in could possibly do with a repaint in the future, but for the cost and the experience I have no complaints and only praise. "

"10 minute drive from the city centre. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, there is no lift for the upper floor but it is only 2 floors. The breakfast buffet is a good choice of cooked or cereal, shame there isnt any evening meal facility. I personally wouldnt have thought the hotel was 4 star, as many other 4 star places I have stayed at have more facilites. Overall, a nice stay. "

"Lovely hotel for a short stay, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the room was spacious enough for a travel cot and had a large dressing area and lovely views of the garden. The breakfast and lunch was good, fresh ingredients and well seasoned. My only note would be that the travel cot provided had no mattress (just the thin hard one that comes with a travel cot), as they left a large blanket and sheet I wrapped the sheet around the blanket to make a mattress and it worked very well,...
