The only reason I put good instead of excellent is because the beds are not king sized as listed (as far as an American king - perhaps UK sizing is different) and although a dryer is listed as an amenity, there is only a washer w/ drying line"

"Stayed for 3 nights for the Cheltenham Festival. The apartment is immaculately presented and very clean. The location is excellent, only a very short walk to the centre of Cheltenham. Serra is an excellent host. Communication was really good form booking through to post stay.Would have no hesitation in booking again.post stay."
