"I ordered queen suite for 2 adults 2 children the hotel insisted to put only 2 towels when I asked for 2 more the answer was that the staff already gone and that i have 2 bath robe and its mor than enough. I spent 6 days and only in 3 days i got 4 towels the res i had to manage with 2 towels. the same happened with blankets and pillows, they charge for 4 peoples but provide towels and blankets for 2. at the first day there was not hot water at all. I had a lot of expectations from the hotel but...
