"Great hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Fantastic varied breakfast. Easy transport system to the centre. Ate out in the hotel area of Galata rather than the centre as less touristy. Only downside was that the hotel pool was very cold (okay I guess if it's the summer and hot outside) so only used it once. I"

"Amazing location and good value. The room had everything I needed and was solid but small. Good shower and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful - made restaurant reservations, booked taxis and were overall pleasant. Only negatives: no ambient sound and sadly, the room was totally clean when I checked in BUT there was some old pee on the toilet seat. I let the front desk know and they offered to switch my room but I had already started to unpack so they sent housecleaning...

"You cannot beat the location! Two minute walk from Galata Tower! Cute neighborhood, walkable to Galata bridge and Sultanahmet neighborhood. Istiklal Avenue is minutes away. I loved the cobblestone streets around the hotel , small cafes. Lots of dining options, souvenir shops, very vibrant area. The room was decent , spacious, may be just a bit dated. Comfortable queen size bed. We had a third person who had to sleep on the couch, which was wide enough but did not unfold and was a bit firm. But...

"Great location near the Galata tower. The apartment had great views overlooking the city and even better views from the terrace up stairs. The only negatives were the bed was broken so had a very bad sag. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Be aware the stairs are very steep, especially if carrying up luggage. There is no lift"

"Great proximity to the tower. Your taxi will have a very difficult time navigating the streets nearby. Be prepared to walk a block with your luggage. The neighborhood while safe really needs a wash. It's surprising that the hotels on the street don't each pitch in for a cleaning crew. Basic hotel presentation kind of stuff. If you're going to be doing your hair or makeup in the room, know that the lights in the room and bathroom are dim."
