I enjoyed the in room dining service, it was very convenient. The staff were very hospitable and warm. The hotel room was nice and large, comfortable bedding and I enjoyed the tv channels available as well as the coffee and tea. It was also close to patong beach and to the tour booking facilities.

As I was looking forward to staying at this hotel I was highly disappointed in the big infestation, baby spiders were all over our bed, I got bitten over 20 times and it wasn’t enjoyable. Great stay in the Wyndham. The hotel provides a shuttle service to central patong for 50 baht. The breakfast selection is amazing especially the omelette station and iced thai tea!

The property is in a quiet and convenient location; you can easily grab a ride share whenever you’re ready. Majority of the staff work extremely hard to meet your needs. I reserved the pool room and enjoyed it better than the hotel main pool. The best part about this hotel is the food. Everything ordered from room service and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I hate they badgered me about purchasing a timeshare, I’m on vacation and I don’t want to be hassled. Also, there are gnats in the room that were annoying at times.

The property is well kept. Unsure if it's par for the area or not, but there was inconsistent water pressure which affected showering and flushing. Pools in some pool suites could use more attention (broken or missing tile). All the staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the bay and Patong beach are fantastic. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
