The best property we have ever stayed in. The service and staff are exceptional. 10/10 recommend staying here. Only thing is the rooms in building c and d have the best views. The other level have good views, but since on a hill, you will unpleasantly see the roof of the other rooms in the building.

Wouldn’t recommend if you like comfort! Facts: 1.If you’re in buildings A&B (none villa/pool rooms), it’s very noisy due to being near the main street. The view in the building is great and can see the beach. 2. They offer transportation which is an additional price but the vehicle is a Benz. 3. All grab and other transport are picked in building A&B. A walk for others. 4. Staff were nice! 5. Not far drive to Patong Beach, restaurants, and other attractions. 6. It’s away from the other hotels and places so it’s not as busy/congested 7. Rooms were clean and stocked. 8. Not walking distance to the beach. Opinions: I wish this was commented on more in the reviews which is the HARDNESS of the BEDS! Changed rooms and both beds were extremely hard. They do give you mattress pads to help but you really need more than one. 2. Food was okay. Not bad or great! 3. Amenities were not extravagant as the pictures made them look. 4. Rooms were old and dated. Needed some cosmetic enhancements.

When you first walk in, the view will take your breath away. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They are truly committed to making your stay a special one. The location is also perfect for anyone who wants to have easy access to the crazy party scene in Potong Beach, but also wants a quiet place to relax and spend quiet time winding down. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be visiting again soon.

I stayed 2 nights and they came to do cleaning my room at almost 5 PM, I refused the service because it was really late and I was getting ready to go dinner. Room service should be mid morning and if they stuff our Mini room they should be accounted for it.

I had a fantastic stay at the Wyndham Grand Kalim Phuket Hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to access key areas like Patong via tuk-tuk or Grab. I spent five nights here and was impressed by the amenities and service. The hotel boasts a beautiful pool area with multiple pools to choose from, and the decor throughout the property is stunning. The gym is a standout feature—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a complete workout. The buffet was another highlight, offering a wide range of high-quality options, including international, Thai, Indian, Middle Eastern, and American cuisines. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I also booked an airport transfer shuttle through the hotel, and their communication and attention to detail were exceptional. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Oh! And did I mention the magical views?!

Hotel was located on a hillside away from any shops or restaurants but they do provide a scheduled shuttle service to Patong central or beach with a minimal fee. Hotel restaurant situated on top of the property with a great sea view foods and services were excellent. Our room was having a few minor issues but hotel manager Van was very nice and able to correct it right away and provided a very pleasant stay. Definitely will come back here next time in Phuket.

This hotel was stunning, they upgraded us to a pool villa which was awesome. Everything was immaculate and clean and beautiful. Only downside is need to get a ride everywhere because cabs pick you up from the lower lobby and you need a shuttle to get there

This hotel is 10/10. Amazing service and experience, with exceptional views. There’s plenty to do within the resort including, access to two pools, the gym and spa (which all offer amazing views). My personal favourite was the orchard - a garden of home grown fruits and nature within the resort, which is quietly tucked away. The shuttle bus was very convenient with an hourly service, and the breakfast spread was varied and provided many options including an egg station, Arabic and Thai food, and continental breakfast options as well as an amazing selection of coffee options (barista available). The rooms are incredibly spacious and staff are very friendly. I had a hole in my shorts and the staff fixed it for me with the sewing kit, they provided beautiful decorations and a complimentary dessert and also complimentary drinks at the infinity lounge area with exceptional sunset views. A special shoutout to Van (Pongsak) who provided us with a personal tour of the resort, provided us complimentary drinks and checked in with us regularly to see how we can make the most of our stay in the resort and Phuket - he was very friendly and always went above and beyond to make it an exceptional stay for us, including arranging breakfast for an early morning checkout. He really made our stay extremely enjoyable - we are already missing the resort! We have already recommended this place to our family who are planning a visit soon.

Staying here really was an amazing experience. Too many good things to say about this hotel! Place was quiet and very clean! Bed sheets and towels were all soft and clean, all the time! Room service and house keeping was spot on with amazing and well mannered staff. The restaurant and breakfast buffet had a ton of options with many different styles and cultures of food. There was something there for everyone! There is an app for the hotel which made it supper easier and convenient to request ANYTHING from your phone. The hotel sits on top of a hill so you will need to request to be picked up and dropped off, all the time. But with the app, it is super convenient and easy. I never waited more than 5 mins for a ride/pickup. Reason being that the hotel is quiet, is due to it not being very close to local markets/ local shops. Hotel is kind of secluded, with maybe a few shops and a couple restaurants on top of the hill nearby. Though, the hotel does provide shuttle pick up and drop off every hour to the center of the Patong beach city. They literally have you covered in all areas for your trip. Would definitely come back and stay here!

This was not a 5* hotel, we went as a group of 12 people we booked Deluxe room with a ocean view. the rooms located one end of the building and looked like we were in council flats going to our rooms! hotel rooms were outdated TV was fuzzy it was awful. bathrooms were tiny and basic the HOTEL is nothing like the pics. apart from the way it looked the hotel staff were really nice and helpful. I WOULD NOT RECOOMEND THIS HOTEL NOT A 5*
