"This is an older building complex, but has excellent comfort and room facilities with a good size lounge room, kitchen and bedroom all very clean and well presented. A family type management was friendly. The location is away from the main part of town, but walkable and could be a positive if you want a quieter stay."

"This location is right across from the beach and very walkable to town. Though the studio is a bit small, it was nice to have the kitchenette facilities which even included a two burner plug in cooktop. The bed and pillows were excellent. A few problems with the drains in the shower and sink but the management was aware of it and has been trying to get a plumber out to fix it. It would have been nice to know this before check in as the shower almost overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Nevertheless, this accommodation was a good choice for a stay in Kaikoura."

"The reception was warm and welcome. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a small desk and a queen bed. It is close to the bathroom so it was very convenient. The 24hr kitchen was clean and amazing with a view and door leading to the terrace with seats etc. check out is easy and straightforward. We did not have a car this time but it would be quite convenient to go park in the back. The walk to town is around 10 minutes but we had to cross the “highway”/main road which makes it a little inconvenient. There is a day’ n night market steps away and a great fish and chips and seafood restaurants also steps away. "
