"Tucked away in South Bay, Kaikoura, the Bay Cottages offered us a relaxing stay. Our cottage was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, the living area and the bed comfy. Everything was very clean and tidy. Its in a great location to explore the Kaikoura area. Only a short drive away from downtown or a walk over the hill. we enjoyed our stay and can only recommend it."

"We booked this place early morning for two nights. It was a fantastic property and well equipped however the communication with someone that either works there or the owner was impossible. Terrible check in experience.( the only bad thing about the place) You require a code to get into to the property and the room. We never received any instructions and both phone numbers were automatically being transferred to voice mail. Also no response to several email. We waited in front of the property...
