"This place was perfect. It had the lake view of Lake Tekapo, and an accessible door to walk straight out to the lake. It was directly across the bridge and had the most scenic view. The room was spacious. Loved the heated restroom floors and towel heaters. It was so close to the food area and gas station, about a 5 minute walk. Love the accessibility to everything. The staff was extremely helpful with the checkin. Couldnt have had a much easier experience. "

"I would like to suggest a change to the system for the continental breakfast. The coffee and hot water were both cold and when I asked for the mine to be reheated-the staff member obliged. Following me was another person and then anther went up to the expresso machine to have theirs reheated. I would have thought that the cold coffee and water would have been replaced straight away. Also the standard of the coffee was not really what I would have expected- more suited to a workers canteen. I found the staff were very obliging-especially Sophie who helped me navigate the technologies of the room. "
