"Awesome property to relax. Facilities were great. Just comfort of the bed the only thing causing overall rating to drop. Bed probably fine for one person but not great for two as it ended up on a lean and base was a bit wobbly."

"We stayed in the Gypsy truck, I liked the novelty of it. It was cute and quirky. The host was super helpful, and talked us through the features on arrival. Surprisingly, the shower was excellent. Doesn't appear that way on first impression, however perfect temperature, and lots of pressure. One suggestion would be a step or the like, if you are short, to get up into the loft bed. We even saw baby ducks that were extremely friendly and came right up to us"

"We found the front unit roomy and very comfortable. Double curbless shower is fantastic. All amenities we could need are included. Quiet, convenient, on site parking. Four-star accommodation. "

"The property was superb great location the rooms have a lovely old world charm but still very functional. The hosts Angela & Barry were extremely helpful & very gracious sharing the rest of the house with there guests, we would definitely recommend the property as a great place to stay in Christchurch."

"It was a very warm and beautiful place to stay, with the most welcoming hosts, Christine and Andrew, who made sure we had everything we needed. The property and surrounding views are stunning making our stay there a memorable one. We highly recommend Newlands B&B if you are looking for tranquility, amazing hosts and a beautiful place to stay in."

"Beautiful countryside retreat. Great hosts. Our property greeters Bailey and Digby just the best. Bed super comfy, cottage had everything you needed . No sharing of facilities, self contained with beautiful free range eggs available. Hosts super welcoming. Sit outside and watch the stars. We will be back."
