"No bad hotel but kind of little old"

"Really good location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Traffic after 11 is absolutely horrific. We had three taxis cancel on us from the Atlantis waterpark due to the location of this hotel. We had to get out of the taxi and walk 10/15 mins on multiple occasions because the traffic was so bad so just be warned. We had wings and fries at the pool and the fries were good but the wings were disastrous. The lifts are slow and take a while, one afternoon I was waiting 5-10 mins for a lift....

"Only had one meal at this hotel for breakfast, food was cold and there were flies around the food, thankfully with the package we could eat at the sister Hilton hotel and had the rest of our meals there, food was warm and was a nicer environment to eat at that hotel. Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts were terrible, often had a long wait and lifts regularly stopped on floors when nobody was waiting. "We had a four bedroom apartment which was big and loads of space. The view on the 17 floor was beautiful specially we got to the the drone display from the balcony. The accommodation was clean. We had some issues with the flat and the management was quick to look at it. The staff were nice and welcoming. "
