"Our experience there was lovely. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful. However the shower walls were glass... Pretty see through. Makes it difficult if your not there with someone your very close with. "

"Business district location makes it fairly quiet. Overall, this is a typical business hotel with rooms that suit that role. Buffet breakfast which is included in most packages is quite impressive with a large selection of different foods- would recommend this as there is not much food options nearby. MRT station is right next to this hotel so it's easy to get around though there isn't many areas to sight see nearby. Some comments for improvement would be : 1. "Room spacious and facilities adequate. Balcony overlooking Qian Jiang is particularly nice. Can view Hangzhou Stadium by night. Watching people doing exercises early in the morning along river promenade is relaxing."

"I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience."
