"Excellent stay at this hotel. Convenient and although room is quite compact it was quite modern with lights, air con, heat and door controlled by app on phone. Even key cards for those not tech savvy. Only downside was lift was broken. Price was good and staff efficient and customer focussed."

I loved all the ceiling and wall achitraves, and the attention to detail was immaculate. Very comfortable furnishings, bed included. Centrally located, short walk to Utilita Arena and Town centre. No onsite parking but a local carpark was less than a 5 minute walk which priced at the same as the other hotels' parking options in the area. Would definitely...

"Terrible - no basic facilities such as toilet roll or towels. No response from property when tried to raise issues. Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality "

"Neighbour was very noisy. Played music every day until early hours. Poor communication with agency still waiting for update on my deposit. No proper check in or check protocol."

"Apartment itself was great. However, the service we received was diabolical. They weren’t ready for us checking in. Was given numbers to call a cleaner who was abrupt to say the least and stated she didn’t have time to wait ten mins and gave us yet another number. We’d paid upfront for a three bed apartment but were given a pull out bed for one of my employees. Terrible service which is a shame as the room was good. Won’t ever stay again. Not well organised at all. "
