"Apartment was very tidy and plenty of room and would probably stay there again. The only issues were that the shower constantly dribbled all night (needs new washer). Car parking was good the first night. Someone took our park the second night. We had to park on the street. 2 or 3 broken cars around the property made it look untidy. "

Would have been helpful if room type description had more information about kitchen facilities. We weren’t sure if it had a hob/ oven (which it did in the 2-bedroom). "The place was lovely, we had a view of the sea from our bungalow and it's a great location for exploring the area. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the food was great in the bar. My only complaint was the movement sensor lights at night. They were so bright every time someone walked past it lit up the room. Some low level lighting would have been better. The outdoor furniture could use some new cushions too. And although it mentions a kitchenette, it's really just a fridge and tea/coffee....

"My partner and I stayed at the Macquarie 4 Star (locals referred to it as 'The Club') for one night in room 007. Access to the property, parking, and check-in was very easy. There wasn't much to do at check-in other than receive the key cards, give them my contact details, and choose whether we wanted to pre-book the buffet breakfast (not included with room, additional $20pp if pre-booked or $25pp if you show up unannounced). I was a bit miffed at the venue for charging my card a few days...
