"Hotel in the heart of Umeda - easy access to transport and shopping. The hotel is expansive and many people coming and going in the lobby. We enjoyed the location but the lifts were annoying with having to take two separate lifts to get to hotel, then another up to your room. Room was comfortable and clean, we liked the separate toilet from shower. "

"Amazing hotel by the airport with an amazing bathhouse ($20 resort fee to enter for the duration of your stay.) the rooms were spacious, clean, they give you cute pjs to wear. The breakfast buffet was excellent! It's connected to a mall that is connected to the airport so lots of shopping and dining options. "
