"This stay was exactly what we had hoped for. We wanted to be close to local amenities, Gas Lamp, and Petco Park for a concert. The facility has the bare necessities, the parking was very close by, a short two block walk, and just beneath the building there are several restaurants, comedy clubs, and other nightlife. However, we encountered some challenges, such as difficulties with the front gate and a shortage of towels and bedding for our group of five. While the sunset views were stunning, we were advised by several locals not to let our children swim in the ocean, which was disappointing since this was a key reason we chose this location"

"Ok...where to begin. I'll start with the positives - the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, safe and beautiful. Parking was easy/free (I parked in the carport). The downsides: 1. The most major one was that I arrived 30 minutes early with an injured dog (she dislocated her hip on our 11 hour drive to SD from SLC), and the propery manager would not accomodate early check in because the property was supposedly still being cleaned. "We had a reunion here with 8 families (including 5 babies) and the space worked out really well! The complex itself has a locked gate so we were able to go to each other's apartments very easily. The apartments did vary in terms of cleanliness and we could tell that some of the rooms in a few of the apartments hadn't been used in a while as they had a little musty-ness to them.
