"Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

"Perfect location which gave you the ability to walk to the Ocean Beach downtown area and the ocean. The check in process was very simple. The property managers were easy to get in contact with and were quick to respond. The place could have used a deeper clean (e.g., baseboard, shower window, etc) between stays. "

"This is a very nice place in a very convenient location. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the interior is clean and modern. Good Internet, good TV, nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds. I would absolutely have given it 5 stars if there had been a laundry room. I anticipated there being one when I saw "laundry detergent" on the list of amenities. Oh, and no stopper for the tub. My wife really wanted to take a bath. But we had a fantastic stay."

"A friend and I spent a week in San Diego. The Avocado Hut was perfect. We loved that it has two bedrooms and a living room and kitchen area. The private outdoor space was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely stay at the Avocado Hut any time I visit San Diego!"

I really can't get over how beautiful the house and property are. Immaculately kept up, clean and lots of amenities. Very roomy. House itself very quiet. Will definitely stay here again! "The beach cottage is a great place to stay in Coronado. The cottage was clean, bright and has everything you need for a great stay. You're a short two-minute walk from coffee shops and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach at the Del Coronado. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay. "

The yard has a privacy fence all around it and we never felt visible to the neighbors. The Jacuzzi was on a nice patio and was very clean.
