"The outside property is beautiful. Plenty of seating and what a view! Unfortunately the hot tub or “spa” was not working correctly and would not heat and jets were sporadic. The host was kindly responsive to my calls but it was quite a hassle and process to enjoy this much desired feature. "Our stay was wonderful. The house had a lot of room, including two dens with big screen TVs. It had a bedroom on the lower level which I didn’t realize when I booked it was perfect. The primary bedroom had a large screen TV and a lot of room as well as a deck any questions or minor issues we had were Addressed quickly. Our family really enjoyed the house. We even used the fire pit and of course, the hot tub. A great place for a family. I was a little nervous before our stay if we have enough...

"This is a beautiful, well-cared-for classic home. Although necessarily compact, the layout is well-designed and very comfortable. The living room is bright, wonderful kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor sitting area in back. Great communication with the host. And yes, the driveway is very narrow, but the parking space is so very valuable here. An excellent experience!"

"We had a really nice stay. The location was perfect for getting to downtown San Diego, La Jolla, and Balboa Park, which made exploring super easy. Plus, having air conditioning in Pacific Beach is a big win! On the downside, we did notice some cleanliness issues. The couch had some large stains, and the floors could have been cleaner. The Wi-Fi also wasn't the best, which was fine since we were out most of the time. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and loved the location! "

"Joan is a great host and her home is a wonderful place to a stay. Great Old Town location yet quite and safe Nice fenced yard for our pup to pee. Kitchen is nicely furnished with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We will definitely stay here again. here on next trip to San Diego "

"We were able to walk to park and restaurants while the highways were close by as well. The small patio in the back was good. The owner checked in to see if everything was ok and there were snacks and drinks. "
