"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. "Very old, dirty and noisy hotel in a very poor islamic area. I've been in quiete some hotels as I'm 61 years young but this hotel IS A NO GO!!!! 6 GUESTS IN 1 ROOM DOING BUSINESS 24/7 Don't get any sleep, old worn out beds, rusty bathtubs, insects DO I NEED TO GO ON?"

"Amazing property. Staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Service desk was helpful with organising activities around the hotel and outside the hotel. Restaurants were fantastic and the wait staff were phenomenal. Would highly recommend if your budget allows it."
